CHILD SAFETY POLICY:
Children ARE NOT allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a salon service. For safety and insurance purposes no child may accompany you while you are being serviced at the salon.
We love children, but they can be a distraction to the stylists and clients and we want our clients to receive the best possible salon service.
Also, please do not bring any extra friends, guests, etc to your salon appointment. The salon needs to make sure we have adequate seating for our clients that are being serviced.
*We ask that you do not bring any outside hair products to your salon appointment (shampoos, relaxer kits, color, etc). (prescription shampoo from a physician/dermatologist is allowed) The in-salon products we use are suitable for all hair types.
BOOKING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS:
In order to ensure that our clients have a pleasant experience at Beautify Salon Studio, here are some guidelines to review before booking an online salon appointment. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
All salon services shall be booked online. (Some lengthy, time consuming color services have a $25 deposit to book).
If you book an appointment please make sure that you show up for the appointment. No-call no-shows, and last minute cancellations are not permitted. Once you no call no show or cancel at the last minute, you will be charged a fee and not be able to book again.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THIS IS A BUSINESS AND I LOSE INCOME IF YOU DONT SHOW UP AND ANOTHER CLIENT COULD HAVE BEEN SERVICED AT THAT TIME.
TIMELINESS: Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Being late can cause your stylist to be behind schedule with other clients and can also interfere with your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period given.
CANCELLATIONS: As a courtesy to your stylist, we ask that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in booking fee.
